What You'll Do
1. Drive market expansion and sales of AIDC products — including edge compute containers, data center micro-modules, and prefabricated computing clusters — across Southeast Asia, with a focus on Malaysia.
2. Identify and develop key regional accounts. Independently lead pre-sales solution design, commercial negotiations, bidding, contract signing, and coordinate with internal teams for project delivery.
3. Manage the full lifecycle of AIDC projects, working with O&M teams to ensure SLA compliance.
4. Gather market intelligence on regional customers, industry trends and client requirements. Coordinate with the brand team on overseas exhibitions, product presentations and other marketing activities.

2. 3–5 years of frontline IDC sales experience or large-account sales in a similar sector. Existing client relationships in Southeast Asia are strongly preferred.

5. Electrical Engineer – Power Station
(2 positions)
What You'll Do
1. Lead electrical system design reviews, technical coordination and solution validation for substation transmission lines, HV/LV electrical systems, and primary/secondary electrical equipment at energy storage power stations.
2. Oversee quality control throughout equipment commissioning, testing and construction — including process inspections, concealed work acceptance, and material/equipment receiving inspection.
3. Supervise electrical handover testing, withstand voltage testing, protection relay testing, primary/secondary system commissioning, and grid connection testing.
4. Resolve on-site electrical technical issues, manage change orders, and ensure quality compliance.
5. Support project completion acceptance and documentation to ensure electrical systems meet regulatory standards and grid connection requirements.
What We're Looking For
1. Associate degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or a related field, with knowledge of electrical construction standards and grid connection requirements for energy storage power stations.
2. Proven experience in electrical engineering for energy storage or solar PV projects, with a solid understanding of 110 kV+ substation equipment, primary/secondary systems and grid-connection processes.

6. Battery Engineer
(1 position)
What You'll Do
1. Lead the design and development of lithium battery cells — including cell design, material selection and structural optimization.
2. Research and select appropriate battery materials to improve performance and safety.
3. Conduct battery performance testing — including cycle life, charge-discharge characteristics and safety performance.
4. Analyze test data and propose performance improvement strategies.
5. Manage R&D projects to ensure timely completion of milestones.
6. Collaborate with team members to resolve technical challenges.
7. Prepare technical documentation and patent applications.
What We're Looking For
1. Familiarity with lithium-ion and sodium-ion battery chemistries, electrochemical characteristics and safety properties — including cathode/anode materials and electrolyte formulations.
2. Knowledge of current mainstream cell design parameters and performance characteristics.
3. Understanding of mainstream cell manufacturing processes and key process control points.
4. Knowledge of cell safety mechanisms, life prediction models and failure mechanisms, with the ability to design test plans to identify root causes of cell failure.

7. Procurement & Supplier Development Engineer

What You'll Do
Supplier Development & Management
1. Actively identify and develop qualified suppliers, establish and maintain a qualified supplier database, and continuously optimize supplier resources to ensure competitive advantage in price, quality and delivery.
2. Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits — including on-site assessments of production capacity, quality management systems and technical capabilities — and drive supplier improvement based on assessment results.
3. Maintain strong supplier relationships and stay informed on supplier business conditions, capacity changes and market dynamics. Address supplier issues including quality anomalies and delivery delays.
Procurement Operations
1. Manage RFQ, price comparison and negotiation processes to secure competitive pricing and reduce procurement costs.

8. Safety Compliance Specialist

What You'll Do
1. Manage on-site safety for energy storage EPC projects — including daily inspections, specialized audits, hazard identification and corrective action tracking.
2. Focus on subcontractor safety management: review subcontractor qualifications, personnel certifications and work plans; conduct safety orientations and toolbox talks; supervise subcontractor compliance; and enforce corrective actions.
3. Oversee high-risk operations including hot work, confined space entry, lifting operations and high-voltage testing. Implement permit-to-work systems and on-site supervision. Focus on battery installation, in-container operations, DC electrical hazards and thermal runaway prevention.
4. Prepare safety plans, safety briefings, emergency response procedures and safety documentation. Ensure projects pass inspections from owners, supervision engineers and power quality authorities.
5. Organize emergency drills, respond to on-site safety incidents, and coordinate with external stakeholders including regulatory inspections, reporting and safety coordination.
What We're Looking For
1. Valid safety officer certification (Class C) that can be registered. High-voltage electrician certification or certified safety engineer credentials are preferred.
2. At least 2 years of safety management experience on energy storage, solar PV or substation EPC projects. Familiarity with energy storage construction processes and subcontractor safety management.
3. Knowledge of power and energy storage safety regulations and high-risk work control processes. Familiar with risk control requirements across construction phases. Ability to independently manage safety on site, identify hazards, manage subcontractors and oversee high-risk work.
4. Strong sense of accountability with the ability to enforce safety standards firmly and fairly. Willingness to work on-site for extended periods.
5. Experience on large-scale energy storage projects and familiarity with power quality supervision and grid-connection acceptance processes is preferred.
9. Project Assistant
(1 position)
What You'll Do
1. On-site safety management — including safe construction practices, hazard identification and corrective action tracking, safety training, and certification verification for specialized workers.
2. Construction quality management — ensure work complies with design drawings and specifications, manage material receiving inspection, oversee critical process acceptance, and enforce quality protection measures.
3. Schedule management — including site and off-site work. Prepare schedule plans, weekly and daily reports, track milestone completion, identify delay risks and develop corrective actions.
4. Drawing management — ensure completeness, timely updates and proper storage of construction drawings. Coordinate drawing review sessions.
5. Daily coordination — support day-to-day work based on overall project targets and ad-hoc tasks assigned by leadership.
6. Communication and coordination — interface with the five key project stakeholders, equipment manufacturers, quality supervision authorities, grid operators and government agencies.

10. Domestic / Overseas Product Engineer

1. Provide technical support for product deployment across domestic or overseas markets.

11. Energy Storage Power Trading Operations Manager
(1 position)
What You'll Do
1. Lead market operations for standalone energy storage assets — covering energy arbitrage, ancillary services and capacity revenues. Develop capacity allocation models and optimize charging and discharging strategies to maximize project returns.
2. Develop medium- and long-term hedging strategies and manage the full process of multi-market bidding, billing reconciliation, performance disputes and settlement.
3. Manage market operations across the full project lifecycle — from initial revenue modeling and dispatch strategy design to monthly and annual performance reviews. Respond quickly to extreme market conditions such as negative pricing, transmission congestion and equipment outages.
4. Establish a comprehensive trading risk management framework covering market prices, bidding, regulatory compliance and equipment risks, and prepare monthly operating performance reports.
5. Lead the trading operations team — including staffing, performance management and training. Coordinate with grid dispatch centers, power exchanges, O&M teams and finance functions.
What We're Looking For
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, Energy Storage, Energy Economics or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of power market trading and operations experience — including 3+ years of hands-on experience managing standalone energy storage trading operations. Experience managing a 100 MW+ standalone BESS or multiple sites on a centralized basis is required.
3. Level II Power Trader qualification / Technician certification or above is required.
4. Strong knowledge of forward and spot markets, peak regulation, AGC frequency regulation and reserve markets — with practical expertise in contracts for difference, locational marginal pricing, imbalance settlement, congestion management and ancillary-service pricing. Solid understanding of PCS, BMS and EMS systems and their operating limits.
5. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with at least one of SQL, Python or Power BI — with the ability to independently build models for power price forecasting, project revenue estimation and performance analysis.
6. Strong team leadership, cross-functional coordination, risk management and emergency response capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience managing standalone energy storage trading operations across two or more provincial power markets.
2. Experience with energy storage optimization models or multi-site virtual power plant operations.
3. Previous experience with a grid dispatch center or provincial power trading center.
12. Director, Overseas Energy Storage Project Finance
(1 position)
What You'll Do
1. Lead the full financing process for overseas PPA-backed energy storage projects and standalone BESS projects — including financing structure design, capital sourcing, term negotiation, financial close and drawdown. Independently execute financing transactions in the hundreds of millions of RMB range per project.
2. Design financing structures based on local power policies, PPA terms and electricity pricing mechanisms. Assess regulatory, cash flow, foreign exchange, policy and counterparty risks, and optimize repayment structures.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with international banks, investment banks, infrastructure funds and leasing institutions, while improving financing efficiency and building standardized financing channels.
4. Lead financial due diligence and prepare financing plans, financial models and project return analyses. Take the lead in negotiating financing agreements, security documents and closing terms.
5. Oversee post-investment fund management, debt servicing, lender reporting and risk mitigation. Explore refinancing, equity transfers, asset-backed securities and other capital optimization strategies.
6. Monitor energy storage policies and power market rules in key markets, and build standardized financing processes, risk-control frameworks and reusable templates to support project replication.
What We're Looking For
1. At least 5 years of experience in overseas renewable energy project finance — including at least 3 years independently leading financing for overseas energy storage projects. Proven financial close experience in Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa or the Middle East is preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of PPA structures, power market rules and cross-border financing for overseas energy storage projects. Solid experience with syndicated loans, financial leasing and structured finance — with knowledge of ABS, REITs, M&A and equity exit strategies.
3. Professional working proficiency in English and willingness to travel internationally.
13. EPC Project Manager
(1 position in China | 1 position overseas)
What You'll Do
1. Develop project plans for energy storage projects and oversee their execution from planning through delivery.
2. Manage on-site quality, safety and schedule throughout project implementation.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams on technical discussions, bidding, design reviews, design changes and on-site delivery.
4. Take on other project-related responsibilities as required.
What We're Looking For
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Project Management, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or a related field.

14. DRC Energy Storage Power Station Site Manager / Shift Manager / Operations Technician
(Democratic Republic of the Congo)
What You'll Do
1. Support commissioning and final acceptance of solar-plus-storage power plants, and take responsibility for production readiness, daily operations and site safety.
2. Establish and maintain the site's safety and production management systems — including technical and operational records.
3. Develop annual operating plans and lead the O&M team in achieving site targets. Analyze and optimize operating procedures, implement improvement measures and enhance both operational safety and asset performance.
4. Conduct scheduled inspections of equipment and electrical systems, identify and resolve defects, and coordinate incident response and emergency repairs to maximize equipment availability.
5. Prepare regular generation and operational performance reports and maintain effective communication with local authorities, site owners and other relevant stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
