Immersion liquid cooling is an industry‑first thermal management technology pioneered by Kortrong. The technology fully immerses battery cells in a dielectric coolant. The coolant fully envelops each cell, achieving 360° surface contact. Any flammable gases generated during battery operation are completely evacuated, eliminating combustion risk and ensuring absolute system safety. This significantly improves cell temperature uniformity with a temperature difference of less than 2°C.
Additionally, this immersion‑cooled product has been deployed in another China Southern Power Grid (CSG) immersion‑cooled BESS project. The system uses high‑speed communication protocols to communicate with wind, solar, and storage converters.
