This is Kortrong's 2025 Annual Top Performer Retreat. Between the heritage corridors of Chikan Ancient Town and the mist-laced peaks of Guifeng Mountain, we gave something rare back to the people who made this year possible: their time, fully theirs.

Led by the Kortrong Energy Storage Union Committee, top performers stepped into the "slow time" of the hometown district. Full-access passes and experience vouchers provided. No fixed routes. No checklists. Your time. Your pace.
In Chikan, some framed architectural textures through their lenses; others followed their noses into alleyway kitchens. Colleagues strolled shoulder-to-shoulder, or drifted together in wooden boats.
Guifeng Mountain shifted the tempo. The trail climbed; laughter climbed with it. At the summit, the group settled into an easy circle — relaxed, unguarded, connected. That unspoken ease is the bond that defines us as a team that trusts one another.
