On the morning of September 12, 2025, the annual awards ceremony of the YONGFU EduPhilanthropy was held at the Xiuzhan Town Government Hall in Zhaoan County. Li Yongfu, Founder of the Fund and Chairman of Kortrong Group, along with Yan Huiqing, Director of the Zhaoan County Education Bureau, attended the event to discuss a new vision for regional educational development.

Teaching and Learning Awards Drive 30-Year Record Achievement
The ceremony, hosted by Xiuzhan Town Mayor Zhong Huasheng, began with a review of the Fund's six-year journey by Li Fujin, Principal of Xiuzhan Central Primary School and Committee Director of the Fund.
He emphasized that this year's achievement—the best academic performance in three decades at Xiuzhan Middle School—was made possible by Mr. Li Yongfu's sustained care and financial support. Since its establishment in the spring of 2020, the Fund has invested nearly RMB 4 million through awards such as the Motivational Student Award, Teaching Progress Award, and Outstanding Principal Award, significantly boosting local education quality.
This year, Xiuzhan Middle School ranked 3rd in the county in the high school entrance examination, with multiple teachers winning provincial awards and students admitted to top universities including Tsinghua University and Peking University.

In his address, Li Yongfu emphasized that education is the core force that changes destinies and enlightens futures. He encouraged local communities to continue investing in education and advocated for expanding horizons through initiatives like “study tours.”
He urged students to aim high and give back to their hometown and society, and teachers to stay true to their original aspirations and innovate in guiding students. He also expressed deep respect for the dedication of principals and teachers, pledging that the Fund would improve its mechanisms and fundraising to direct resources where they are most needed.
Over six years of continuous investment, Mr. Li has helped build a stronger educational foundation, enabling more students and teachers to grow and excel with support and encouragement.
