On January 10th, the "Go Beyond Ourselves, Embrace Every Challenge" Kortrong Energy Storage New Product Launch and 2025 New Year Celebration was successfully held at the Zhuhai Kortrong New Energy Storage Industry Park.
01 Chairman's Remarks
At the event, Li Yongfu, Chairman of Kortrong Group, stated that in 2024, with the collective efforts of all Kortrong employees and the support of customers and partners, Kortrong has made innovations and adjustments in strategy, products, R&D, marketing, and business models, transitioning from product sales to the creation of an industrial ecosystem, achieving new breakthroughs.
In 2025, Kortrong will implement five major differentiated competitive strategies, focusing on innovation in application scenarios, technological platforms and standard product development, business model innovation, high-end resource integration, and capital empowerment. The company aims to deepen the creation of the "Green Power + Green AIDC" industrial ecosystem, with a customer-centric approach to simplify management processes, improve efficiency, and stay goal-oriented, working together to create a better future.
02 Kortrong New Product Launch
Energy Storage Solutions & 2025 New Product Launch
Focusing on the "Green Power + Green AIDC" industry, Mr. Zhou, the product leader of Kortrong Energy Storage, provided a comprehensive introduction and demonstration of the value and highlights of Kortrong's one-stop energy storage solutions, addressing the current challenges in energy storage development and the market potential of energy storage systems.
At the event, Kortrong proudly launched its 2025 energy storage system innovations: 5MWh Immersion Liquid Cooling Energy Storage System and the 6.25MWh AC/DC Integrated Cold Plate Liquid Cooling Energy Storage System. Detailed analyses and presentations were given on the product’s application scenarios, industry model outputs, and other key features.
Kortrong Source-Grid-Load-Storage Integrated Solution
Mr. Wang, Product Leader of Kortrong's Source-Grid-Load-Storage products, stated that China’s power system currently faces three major challenges: weak grid acceptance of renewable energy, instability in renewable energy generation, and the lack of a coordinated dispatch mechanism between power generation, the grid, and electricity consumption.
The newly launched Kortrong Source-Grid-Load-Storage Integrated Solution includes a grid-forming PCS, a coordinated stability control system, and an integrated source-grid-load-storage regulation system. By using millisecond, second, and minute-level hierarchical control, the solution integrates centralized photovoltaics, power trading, and more. This approach can significantly reduce electricity costs, enhance the reliability of the power system, promote the intelligent development of the power grid, achieve peak shaving and valley filling, and improve local energy consumption capacity, offering substantial value.
Opening the Era of Immersion Liquid Cooling Green AIDC
At the event, Mr. Ao, Product Leader of Kortrong's Computing Power products, emphasized that the endpoint of AI is energy, and the source of computing power is electricity. Kortrong proudly launched its groundbreaking "Green AIDC One-Stop Solution," which includes fully immersed liquid cooling servers, pre-installed immersion liquid cooling cabinets, and immersion liquid cooling lithium-ion UPS power supply systems.
Through Kortrong's leading immersion liquid cooling technology, the PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) of computing centers can be reduced to as low as 1.05. The power density per IT cabinet can reach 10.8 kW/m², with the ability to deploy 8.6 horsepower of computing power per square meter. Compared to traditional air cooling data centers, the overall performance is expected to improve by approximately 264%. Kortrong is equipped to provide customers with one-stop data center lifecycle services, reducing the construction cycle to 3-6 months and lowering AIDC (Artificial Intelligence Data Center) operational costs.
KORTRONG 2025 Oversea ESS Product Launch
At Kortrong's first overseas product launch event, Mr. Feng, Leader of Kortrong's Overseas Energy Storage Products, highlighted the company’s key products for 2025 in the overseas market. These include: 15kW/30kWh All-in-One C&I Hybrid ESS, 60kW/208kWh All-in-One C&I Hybrid ESS, 130kW/261kWh C&I ESS (Cold Plate Liquid Cooling / Immersion Liquid Cooling), 20FT Container Type Utility-Scale ESS.
Mr. Feng provided a detailed analysis of the application scenarios and business models for these products, showcasing their potential in various commercial and industrial settings, as well as their adaptability to large-scale energy storage solutions.
Building on Kortrong’s accumulated collaboration foundation and project experience in the overseas energy storage market in 2024, in 2025, Kortrong will join forces with its partners to fully enter the overseas market and help more global users achieve the transition to green energy.
