Revenue is generated through multiple channels – spot market price spreads, capacity payments, and frequency regulation ancillary services – supplemented by various subsidies, delivering solid unlevered returns. As a 10 GW-scale shared energy storage demonstration project in Ningxia, it operates with zero carbon emissions throughout its lifecycle, accelerating the deployment of an integrated "wind-solar-thermal-storage" multi-energy complementary power system. The project will absorb significant volumes of clean energy annually, supporting regional carbon peaking and neutrality goals while driving local energy storage industry development and employment.
